Collaborated on Valentine weekend package, including media attention-grabbing in-room amenities, signature cocktail available for month of February, special multi-course, Valentine menu, special dining room romance menu for entire month of February, book signing, promoted Valentine experience on KTLA television, interviews with Metromix LA, Gayot.com and ChocolateAtlas.com.

Las Vegas Odyssey
Consultant for 4-day Las Vegas festival of food, wine and the arts, served as advisor and in event conceptualization in 2002, 2003, 2004 events and charitable programs. Worked on media partnerships and media coverage including local television and radio, Las Vegas Magazine, Sante Magazine, The Wine News, Nevada Woman, Luxury Las Vegas.

Champagne Perrier Jouet
Co-branding public relations campaign with Perrier Jouet’s Fleur Champagne and Fork Me, Spoon Me: the sensual cookbook, including book launch party, Oscar-week celebrity media luncheon, made personal appearances to educate audiences on Champagne on Leeza Live, Maxim and NPR radio appearances as well as local tv and radio in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Phoenix.

Learn About Wine
Hosted and conducted culinary seminars with cooking demonstrations as well as aphrodisiac wine dinners in Life of Reiley’s test kitchen for Learn About Wine, a Los Angeles-based wine education organization. Brought in noted chefs including Juan-Carlos Cruz and Bradford Thompson. (on-going)
